TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
and the sale of vouchers

- General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the provision of electronic services and the sale of vouchers via the website www.spaforyou.com.pl.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with:
- the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services,
- the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights,
- the Civil Code of 23 April 1964,
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the website in a manner that allows their acquisition, reproduction, and storage.
- Definitions
Seller – Spa For You Violetta Pacyno.
Client – a person, legal entity, or organizational unit purchasing a voucher.
Consumer – a person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a person conducting business activity, entering into an agreement directly related to that activity, where the agreement does not have a professional nature.
Voucher – a document in electronic or paper form entitling the holder to use services offered by Spa For You within a specified scope or value.
Website – the service available at www.spaforyou.com.pl.
- Type and Scope of Electronic Services
The Seller provides electronic services consisting of:
- enabling the placement of voucher orders,
- concluding distance sales agreements,
- delivery of electronic vouchers,
- handling of the contact form.
Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Technical requirements:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address.
It is prohibited for the Client to provide unlawful content.
- Placing Orders and Conclusion of Agreement
Orders are placed via a form available on the Website.
To place an order, the Client:
- selects the type of voucher (value-based or for a specific service),
- chooses the delivery method (electronic / personal collection / courier delivery),
- provides the data necessary to complete the order,
- in case of personalization – provides the content of the dedication or recipient details,
- accepts these Terms and Conditions,
- completes the payment.
Voucher personalization consists of including the data provided by the Client (e.g. name, dedication). The Client is responsible for the content of the personalization.
The sales agreement is concluded when the Client receives confirmation of order acceptance via e-mail.
Prices listed on the Website are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
- Payments
Payments may be made via:
- bank transfer,
- electronic payment operator,
- other methods available on the Website.
In the case of courier delivery, an additional fee will be added as indicated during the ordering process.
Order processing begins after payment has been received.
The Seller issues a fiscal receipt or a VAT invoice (upon the Client’s request).
- Voucher Delivery
Vouchers may be delivered:
- electronically – to the indicated e-mail address,
- in paper form – for personal collection at Spa For You, ul. Senatorska 13/15, Warsaw,
- in paper form – via courier delivery.
Electronic vouchers are sent within up to 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Courier delivery time depends on the carrier.
Each voucher contains a unique identification number.
The voucher is valid for the period specified in its content (e.g. 4 months from the date of purchase).
- Voucher Redemption
Vouchers may be redeemed at Spa For You locations in Warsaw.
Voucher redemption requires prior appointment booking.
Vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash.
- Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of conclusion.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
- personalized vouchers (non-prefabricated goods made to the Client’s specifications),
- vouchers that have been fully used with the Consumer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent to: info@spaforyou.com.pl
Refunds are processed within up to 14 days from receipt of the statement.
- Complaints
Complaints regarding electronic services or voucher sales may be submitted:
- via e-mail: info@spaforyou.com.pl
- in writing to the registered address.
The complaint should include:
- Client details,
- description of the issue,
- Client’s request.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
- Personal Data
The controller of personal data is Spa For You Violetta Pacyno.
Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, complaint handling, and compliance with accounting obligations.

- Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 March 2026.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons.
Polish law shall apply to agreements concluded via the Website.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with applicable regulations.
